For the rolls with high hardness rolls, we need to choose carbide insert, such as YG6, For high hardness rolls, we need to choose solid cbn insert, like BN-K1,BN-S20.
For high hardness rolls, Halnn Superhard has two types cbn insert:BN-K1 and BN-S20. BN-K1 solid cbn insert is more suitable for machining high hardness alloy cast iron rolls, and BN-S20 solid cbn insert is more suitable for machining high hardness forged steel rolls.
