New CBN Inserts Grade BNK30 for machining gray cast iron

Gray cast iron don’t have high hardness, traditional cutting tools also can machine, so most manufacturers mainly use carbide and coated carbide insert, but some of large enterprise will choose cbn inserts machine cast iron parts because of the high working efficiency.
First, the profit of machining gray cast iron parts are very low, when machining small quantity products, traditional cutting tools have low price, and also can obtain relative roughness, just the tool life are low.
