Halnn CBN inserts'effect for process components and technic

 

    With the technology developing, the pump is looking for develop direction in upgrade and high speed to satisfy the different situation and the requires in purpose.The pump gradually expand the various sizes and extend the performance scope direction.
    Now , i introduce components and parts  of work materials and of processing technic in pump industry.

Firstly,the main components and parts and work material of pump industry
    The pump was used for different sizes according to work conditions. The pump’s main parts are among similar including pump body,pump cover, roller, impeller, bearing and sealing parts and so on. The impeller generally adopt the high-chromium iron Cr26 or ZGCr5Mo. The roller generally adopt 45,40Cr or 3Cr13 and so on.

Secondly,the processing technic of components and parts in pump industry
1.The processing technic of pump body 
    The main problem is to promise the right location between assembly datum hole surface and pressurized water channel in the processing technic.The equipment mainly has lathe、vertical lathe and boring mill and so on. The horizontal lathe is suitable for the small bump body processing.on the contrary,the big bump body usually process between vertical lathe and boring lathe which can adopt the sizing block to adjust the runner turbine of bump in order to convenience.

    The centrifugal pump adopt the boring mill:(1)the inlet and outlet flanges are clamped with the sole cushion to ensure the flanges are parallel and coincide with the center of the flow passage.(2)the inlet put the table to look for the flow passage to compress.each hole surface at assembly end of the quasi-impller.after the working table rotates 180 degress, the bottom surface of the car is locked to ensure the accurate position of the assembly hole surface and the flow passage (3) to finish it following the pattern.

2.The processing technic of impeller
    The impeller processing was finished on the table. The process route:rough turn entrance point rings and front panel-lathe finish front choma and  inner bore (assure the requires of concentricity)--plug-in slot(promise the symmetry)--drill blade counterbalance hole (uniform size distribution)--test(balance test)--100% acceptable

3.The processing technic of pump spindle
    The processing technic of pump spindle:rough turning--heat treatment(hardening and tempering)--semi-finish turning--finish turning-Milling slot-external grinding--packing and warehousing

Thirdly , how to improve the processing effect and benefits in parts of pump
    Processing high alloy cast iron has some problems because of the different work conditions of pump among the work surroundings and materials and high wear-resisting,if the pump adopt the high alloy cast iron for high corrosion. Both The hardness and forging defects will be the important factors which will affect the processing efficiency.
    The machinist always look for better inserts in order to obtain better benefit, which also can promise the pump quality.
    The traditional inserts materials(Carbide Inserts and ceramic cutting tool) process the high alloy cast iron pump parts to get a bad result.then the Halnn company developed non-metallic adhesives and super hard BN-K1 to break this problem.

         Processing method: dry cutting。

         Machining effect: the difference between BN-K1 and ceramic tip (such as:the form)
    The cutting speed of Halnn is twice higher than ceramic tips; Each of tip’s life of Halnn is septuple higher than ceramic tips.Meanwhile,BN-K1 belongs to normal friction with the knife. On the contrary,the ceramic tip’s friction is interrupted or the tips damaged.
