(1) Milling engine block plane process: Halnn recommend to use solid cbn insert BN-S300, which is made of no-metal adhesive as binder, not only overcomes the cutting depth limit of welding CBN insert because of the small size, but also avoid life reduced caused by adding metal binding.
When use BN-S300 solid cbn insert milling the engine cylinder, the working efficiency Significantly improved, and has stable performance, and can replace Seco CBN insert.
Compared with international cbn insert, Halnn BN-S300 cbn insert have longer tool life and will be more economic.
